“Negotiaton” is a huge topic, even as it applies only to the sale and purchase of homes. This is the first of a series of thoughts encompassing a negotion sequence most likely to result in success. The first step is to determine how badly you want a particular property, requiring significant research of the of the home itself along wtih the area, schools, tax rate, home owners association, traffic patterns, shopping and other personally important intangibles. The “want factor” emanating from the gathered informaiton sets the paameters of the price, whether your buying or selling. What is the house wroth to YOU? Both the price and the total monthly payment are consideratons. You can then set a price range that fits this initial evaluation.
